Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. Check out this Boho Paradise! We designed this place to make you feel like royalty, or at least like you’re in a Pinterest board lol. With Alexa speakers throughout, you can easily hear your fave songs while you chill comfortably inside, or if you prefer… head outside and heat things up (ya know, like burgers on the grill or s’mores over the fire). Or just hang out (literally) in the shade on the comfy daybed and watch the hummingbirds eat. Sheldon loved it so much he never left! (See pics)

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry.
