Beautiful cottage with beams and exposed stone just renovated November 2019 Parking and entrance into private courtyard garden with covered eating terrace and your very own jacuzzi. French doors into house The kitchen is fully equipped, the lounge has very comfortable furniture and pretty French antiques, The river vezere is only 50 metres on our own land, excellent for canoeing, wild swimming and picnicking 2 minutes by car to a stunning medieval village 25 minutes from center of Sarlat

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

Charming little studio house.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Simple and beautiful - the Auvergne is worth it!

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

This cottage oozes simple rural French charm with modern conveniences and relaxation: a break away - privacy and tranquillity in the heart of Paradis(e). The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Small Berry house in the heart of the grove

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

The pond house is a typical house of the Monédieres massif in cut stone. At the end of a small inhabited hamlet, surrounded by woods, next to a pond, gives this magical place an impression of being out of time, a true haven of peace, charm, authenticity and silence. Ideal for true nature lovers. The house has kept its original character, beams, large fireplace with wood stove. Warm atmosphere. Very comfortable bedding.

Charming House on the Heights

House located in a small locality "Le Coudert bas" surrounded by a hectare of land. Free from any sound or visual disturbance. Secluded and quiet, it does not give an impression of isolation by the presence of two or three vacation homes in the locality and the proximity of the hamlet "Le Roux". Ten minutes from the town of Argentat and twenty minutes from Tulle.
