Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its outbuildings stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. In Gondières, you can enjoy a peaceful stay, 3 minutes away from Nevers - the largest town in the department. Both gîtes (La Ferme & Le Pigeonnier) are located on a 5000 square meters plot of land. They are separate from the owner's home, offering plenty of privacy. No pets.
