Αυτόνομο ενεργειακά σπίτι σε κτήμα 5 στρεμμάτων δίπλα στο ποτάμι της Αμπουδιώτισας μέσα στα έλατα στις μηλιές και στις κερασιές. Δέκα λεπτά από την Σέτα. Τα τελευταία 500 μέτρα είναι χωματόδρομος. Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση αλλά και για εξορμήσεις στις γύρω κορυφές, στους δασικούς δρόμους, στο ποτάμι και στους καταράκτες της περιοχής. EagleView Villa is a residence with unique view and access to the sea and the mountain in just 5 minutes, with special aesthetics and architectural view to the location of Vlachia village of Evia. The area provides the unique combination of excursions to unique secluded coastal bays and long beaches where the plane trees reach the sea, as well as long routes to the green mountain. It's a welcoming space with all the comforts. The wifi has been fixed and it works perfectly!

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. It is dressed externally in Dirfion stone,in the earthy colors of Dirfys and nature around.
