Our 4 bdrm, 2.5 bathroom suits short or long term stays. The location is ideal: 6 min from Kennebunkport, 15 min from Biddeford, and 30 min from Portland or Portsmouth! Note that June - August rentals are a minimum seven night stays Saturday - Saturday.

The Hendrick House

The Hendrick House is part of a late 19th century duplex. The place has been completely renovated; with a full kitchen, a dining and living room, and a bathroom with a stall shower on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer on the second floor. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do get $15 per person per night over 6. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY!! Please, no pets on the furniture, they can’t be left alone.
