Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Our thatched vacation villa in Central Limburg offers everything for a wonderful vacation. A free location on the edge of a park, bordering the forest. The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with French doors to the veranda and an open kitchen, a hall with toilet and the stairs upstairs and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with whirlpool bath and a Finnish sauna.

The house is contemporary furnished with water views. There are 5 different terraces including 2 cozy porches, 1 with a wood stove. Guests experience the bathroom with a rain shower as a wellness area. In the spacious bedroom on the ground floor there is a king-size 2- and a good single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is available for a delicious game of football or badminton!
