This house makes for a wonderful holiday feeling because of the beautiful location by the water, on the Maasplassen and almost against the center of the atmospheric fortified city of Stevensweert, provides a wonderful holiday feeling. The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located on the holiday park Porte Isola and in the vicinity one can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for the water sports enthusiasts with a sloop rental at the park.

Maashuisje aan de maas

The Maashuisje was completely renovated in 2023 and has a high finish. In the cottage is a bathroom and a separate toilet room but still has a 2nd luxury bathroom separate from the house. The house has a covered balcony where you have an overview of the mesh and the backyard. If you want to fish or sunbathe directly on the water, you can use the large floor that protrudes over the mesh. The house is fully equipped and child friendly. A very unique sought-after location!

It’s the perfect spot for hikers, cyclists, or anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Want to explore the city? Eindhoven, Roermond (+ Designer Outlet), Sittard, Maaseik, and Maasmechelen (Village) are all within a 30-minute drive. At the reception, you’ll find plenty of tips for things to do in the area. Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

Cozy cottage, if you are looking for peace and space, you are in the right place! The detached cottage has a terrace with large garden with trampoline and covered seat. A water in a few minutes walk where you can walk, fish and swim. Bikes can come too! There are plenty of bicycle routes and hiking nearby. Zoo and war museum in 10 minutes by car. Nijmegen and Venlo are nice cities for shopping or visiting the old settlement town of Grave.

The Chalet is located near the port of Wanssum. At a smaller distance from De Maasduinen National Park. The garden house has 40 m2 surface, with 2 x 1 pp 90x200 beds and scaffolding sofa bed 120x200, a pellet stove, air conditioning, kitchen with built-in oven, induction and refrigerator. A sliding glass door to the Koi pond. A double garden door to a large covered terrace. Outdoor shower and free WiFi and Netflix.

Endless enjoyment - near the water!

The holiday home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse ponds and close to Roermond (4km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 single beds), a bathroom with bath, double sink, and separate shower. The garden is on the east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.
