The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Our Wellness B&B is a luxury studio. The luxury studio is a spacious room of two floors, with a private infrared sauna and a very luxurious private bathroom. Here you will enjoy a characteristic atmosphere in a wooded and cultural environment. Upon arrival, a delicious welcome drink will of course be waiting for you. In our B&B you have your own infrared sauna at your disposal. This sauna offers infrared as well as aromatherapy and color therapy. A breakfast can be reserved € 12,50 p.p.p.d.

In this unique location, the old teacher's room has been completely converted into a fully double apartment. The apartment has a private entrance and is completely self-sufficient. Our place in the countryside exudes tranquility and a relaxed atmosphere and is located in proximity to forests and recreational lakes. The house is luxuriously furnished, equipped with comfortable beds, rain shower & dishwasher. In the summer, there is a swimming pool of 5 m x 10 m in the garden (1.30/1.40 m deep), where you can swim.
