Het huis heeft een overdekt balkon waar u overzicht heeft over de maas en de achtertuin. Wilt u vissen of direct aan het water zonnen kunt u gebruik maken van de grote vlonder welke over de maas uitsteekt. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken en kindvriendelijk.
