A very nice and cosy studio apartment with a relaxing lighting! Partially Refurbished recently so very comfortable, with a small balcony, a small, fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with toilet and a comfy corner sofa for 7 people that you can even sleep on it. Perfect for couples or a business travellers. The beach front is just 2-3 minutes walking from the apartment and the location of it, is between old Town of Limassol and the Tourist Area.

Built in 1890 , the listed property lies in the heart of the beautiful village. An exceptionally graceful 4 bedroom traditional 400 sq.m building with an inner courtyard and lush garden. The two storey house is built with the limestone and soil offering coolness in summer and warmth in winter. The house has been in the family for many generations. Its first renovation dates back to 1929 by my grandfather, recently masterfully renovated.
