This place is only a 5 minute drive to the refinery and both major hospitals in Lima. Simon has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that can easily fit 5 guest. It comes with a washer/dryer, internet, and security cameras. This home sits on a cul-de-sac and has a large backyard and cooking area with a propane grille. Stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and deep freezer are in the unit as well. The home has been recently renovated with a new shower, vanity, carpet, and paint.

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.
