Ela conta com 4 suítes que acomodam até 12 pessoas. O sítio valente é uma propriedade com 28 hectares, sua casa foi construída em meados de 1940 e foi reformada posteriormente preservando traços antigos como o assoalho da sala e o fogão a lenha. Em anexo temos a área de lazer no sítio cachoeira, um local privativo, localizado a 5 minutos de caminhada da casa, possuindo uma linda beira de rio com uma pequena trilha, com mesas, quadra e espaço para fogueira.
