Very nice apartment in the heart of old Lille, a short walk to the main square Bright, it is composed of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, it offers all modern comforts: Internet, Nespresso, ... Quiet, the apartment does not face the street. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility Very nice and cozy apartment in the heart of old Lille, close to the main square, 100 meters away from "la grand place", 5 minutes walk from Lille Flandre train station, 10 minutes walk from Lille Europe station.

Friendly studio and close to everything

studio with a raised bed side. It is located south-facing with a large balcony and especially 1.5 km from the train stations. 5 minutes walk from the tram (3 stops from the train stations) as well as small shops 200 m. I would like to point out that my apartment is smoking and I live in this apartment so all my belongings are there. I obviously leave room in the fridge. The apartment has been well lived in but it is very warm with the advantage of being in a quiet residence. Looking forward to it. 😊
