The cottage is right on the beach of Stora Sinnern, one of the few genuine spring-fed lakes that remain untouched with a maximum depth of 25 meters. The cottage is located on the tip of a headland in the middle of the lake surrounded by beautiful cliffs. The plot has a sunny position all day from early morning to late evening. The house has 4 good beds, a fireplace, and a glazed veranda. Bathing dock just outside. This is a unique opportunity for those who want to experience a natural accommodation by a lake in Småland!

The cottage is located on a hill and has lake views from the veranda and the two rooms. The veranda has morning sun and the patio has afternoon and evening sun. The living room has a fireplace. Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. From April to October we rent out 2 kayaks.

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man small cottage so then used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain warehouse.
