SEAFRONT delightful studio in a period villa

Cosy 28 sqm studio for 2-3 people with a liveable balcony and direct access to the sea. It is a 5-minute walk from the station, 10/15 from the main street (5 by car) where you will find shops, an information office and buses. The gate of the condominium garden opens onto the beautiful path that runs along the sea (sentier du Littoral), 5.5 km long, which connects the Plage Mala (15 min), equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and bars/restaurants, to Monaco (25 min)

A room on the Oggia

A simple and romantic space, a real room without frills with a kitchenette and a small terrace overlooking the river: from here you can see a small stone bridge... and the sound of flowing water. The accommodation is a single large vault: the whole house has been restored using natural materials, lime and paints made with flour and linseed oil. For the winter months, there is a wood stove that guests can manage independently. Wood is provided for the stay.

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. This is where the milk was made into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was established. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.
