Parcheggio gratuito nella proprietà. Zona tranquilla da cui si può raggiungere la spiaggia di San Terenzo a piedi in 10 minuti oppure con bus navetta gratuito Salendo una gradinata si raggiunge ,in pochi minuti, la spiaggia di Baia Blu ( super attrezzata con ristorante molto panoramico e piscine per adulti e bambini).

.L’ appartamento e' di nuovissima costruzione.. Sito in posizione centrale, ma defilata e tranquilla a due passi dalla stazione dei treni (per visitare le splendide Cinque Terre) e a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro. Con entrata indipendente e spazio esterno arredato con tavolo ,sedie e ombrellone per poter mangiare.
