Our B&B is located on the top floor of our house on the outskirts of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst. You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. (Breakfast is provided free of charge by us.)

The apartment is completely private with its own entrance and parking space and is furnished with a spacious sitting area and a luxury kitchen. The entire house has floor heating. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and induction cooktop. There is a beautiful bathroom with a second toilet. The bedroom contains a box spring. In the private shed, electricity is available for the bicycle.

The cozy Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Deventer and Kampen are just around the corner. Heino is a village surrounded by estates, of which the Nijenhuis with museum is the best known. On our property, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug, there is a residential house with a guesthouse diagonally behind it. The guesthouse (50 m2) has all the comforts. From the guesthouse, you overlook the beautifully landscaped garden (1 ha in size) and the countryside. You come here for peace and quiet and for the beautiful nature. For children, the garden is a true playground paradise. Haarle is located on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can hike and bike beautifully here.

The municipal monument tolhuis' n tol from 1830 is located on the edge of the Raalter center. You can now spend the night in this toll booth! The toll booth was completely renovated in 2019 and is energy neutral. Near the sports company Tijenraan where you can swim, tavern Tivoli and the motor museum. Adjacent cycling and hiking junction Salland… .. The Tolhuisje stands on the edge of the pleasant center of Raalte with plenty of hospitality and shopping options.
