Welcome to the Voss house on the rooftops of St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountain climbing village at 1,128 meters in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienzer Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a magnificent secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Am Anfang war der Wald: Das COLLIS HILL liegt umgeben von den dichten Wäldern Osttirols und bietet den besten Ausblick auf die Osttiroler Bergwelt. Auf dem Gelände eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes ist ein einmaliger Aufenthaltsort entstanden: Ein Ort der Begegnung in den Bergen. Unsere Tichas – Tiny Houses in Dreiecksform – für zwei bis sechs Personen: lichtdurchflutet, minimalistisch und absolut außergewöhnlich. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The modernly equipped 80 m2 apartment, with views of the Lien Dolomites for max. 6 people is located in a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Lienz. Various shops, children's playgrounds and an illuminated foot and bike path can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Ski resorts, golf course, outdoor park, Tristachersee , national park, are about 10 minutes away by car. Pets are not allowed.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Mountains, cows, Heidi-like scenes and fresh air: come to us to see what a typical Tyrolean farm is like. We are located in Schlaiten, a small village 12 km from Lienz (not to be mixed with Linz), at an elevation of 960 m (about 3,000 feet). The apartments are on the first floor of our house.
