The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. This apartment can accommodate a family with 1-3 children. There is 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 bunk bed (80 x 200 cm), 1 single bed (80 x 200 cm) including bed linen. The bathroom with a shower, hand and bath towels are provided. The kitchenette is well equipped with a 2-burner ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and glasses. There is free parking at the house. Not suitable for pets.

In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Nagelneue, moderne und behaglich ausgestattete 65 qm große Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen mitten im wunderschönen Hunsrück. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben unserem Wohnhaus in einem Nebengebäude (mit separatem Eingang und Parkplatz direkt davor) und wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir bitten zu beachten, dass wir ausschließlich an Nichtraucher sowie tierfrei vermieten. Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei!
