Sunny and spacious home on the water with private dock and private roof patio. Home has modern appliances, new bbq, new washer and dryer, as well as cookware, dinnerware, linens and bath tub. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have bath tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views of the water.Beds are very comfortable and outdoor patio is great for breakfast next to the water. We have much experience and many positive reviews. Also has a fully furnished large patio for a bbq dinner in paradise. Across the street is the Pavilions supermarket and minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa.

This is a classic 1960's beach house with brand new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home! Style is an eclectic mix of beachy mid-century and maximalism (read: FUN). Must be 25 to book. Do not book this for your kids. Owner managed with attention to detail.
