The modern villa has a stunning view of the sea and the mountainous hinterland and is located on 6500 m2 of land on the border of a National Park and is surrounded by unspoiled nature. It is a hiking paradise and is a few minutes by car from one of the most beautiful coasts in Italy. The decor is bright and modern, with antique elements such as the old chestnut wood doors and the antique olive jars. The villa has a heated swimming pool that is available from May 1st until the end of October.

Villa Sole is a small but comfortable two-room apartment immersed in a luxuriant garden located on the Marcaneto hill, in the Cilento National Park. It consists of a bedroom for two people and a living room with kitchenette and a very comfortable sofa bed; both rooms have a bathroom with shower. The house also includes a shaded parking space and a spacious terrace surrounded by paths and viewpoints overlooking the breathtaking panorama of the Gulf of Policastro.
