Completely renovated, close to the most famous vineyards in France, in the Saint Émilion region, La Fenêtre welcomes you in a wooded park. 10 minutes from Libourne, 30 minutes from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the Arcachon Bay, this true haven of peace offers comfort and old-fashioned charm. You will have lunch on the pool view terrace, (saltwater, heated from May 15 to September 15, 10x5), on the edge of Dordogne, first line to see the tidal bore. Attic outbuilding with swimming pool - Libourne

Enjoy an attic studio and its exteriors (garden, pool). This one is attached to our house in a quiet area. In town, away from the traffic of the center you will be at the edge of the vineyards of Pomerol, close to Lake Dagueys, its beach and its aquatic center the "Calinésie". A shopping mall is 800 meters away, the train station and the city center are 7 minutes away. Between Fronsac (9 min) and Saint Emilion (12 min) it is the perfect base for any castle visit.

'La Volière' Gîte between two seas – St-Emilion

La Volière sits on a rocky promontory, overlooking a beautiful farmhouse where a few sheep flourish. Adjoining the estate, the cottage, with its private garden, will offer you the silence of the countryside and a peaceful view. In the summer, you'll get access to the shared swimming pool. Lots of wineries around us, walking or cycling, flea markets and garage sales depending on the time of year, and if you feel like breathing in the ocean, it's not far away!

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Come in for a real quiet break. A tour of the property and its underground quarries will be offered as well as a full wine tasting! You can visit the region easily: we are 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 1 hour from the coast.
