Charming accommodation located in the very center, close to "Laval Historique " and close to bars/restaurants, superette (Place de la Trémoille). You can do anything on foot. The apartment has a large bedroom with workspace (office), large dressing room and bathroom. An equipped kitchen, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine. An espresso machine (pods included), toaster, kettle are at your disposal. A sofa bed is available in the living room.

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, suitable for workers. Avesnières is a neighborhood located on the banks of the Mayenne and the main roads. Its basilica at the center of the square will seduce you. This neighborhood is very lively with its shops and towpath, allowing you to take long walks along the Mayenne by bike or on foot and to reach the city center quickly.

Laval train station – city center: cozy apartment

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.
