My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Départs dans le village : 2 sentiers de randonnée, piste cyclable et circuit Terra Aventura. 19 kms de la plage Cap de l'Homy, 18kmsde la plage de Contis et navette bus vers les plages tous les jours juillet et août. Transport Digo pour vous rendre à Dax.

Fully self-contained and furnished 20 m2 studio. 1 km from the village center: - bakery, SPAR convenience store, wine bar, 3 restaurants (including 1 gourmet and a good pizzeria), 2 bars, Sunday morning market. 1/4 hour from Contis Beach, 20 minutes from Mimizan. Guests will enjoy the entire garden, an outdoor terrace for lunch/dinner, electric grill available. The forest is opposite 3 minutes away, a farmyard with talkative chickens nearby.

This historic building, renovated and extended by an architect 12 years ago, graces an expansive 11-acre expanse of traditional "arial landais" land. It offers a unique escape into the heart of unspoiled natural beauty, with the picturesque villages of Levignacq and Uza each situated around 4 km away.
