My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. The last house on the cul-de-sac, close to the centre of the beautiful village of Lévignacq. Departures in the village: 2 hiking trails, a cycle path and the Terra Aventura circuit. 19 km from Cap de l'Homy beach, 18 km from Contis beach and a daily shuttle bus to the beaches in July and August. Digo transport to take you to Dax.

Independent accommodation in a new wooden house

Fully self-contained and furnished 20 m2 studio. 1 km from the village center: - bakery, SPAR convenience store, wine bar, 3 restaurants (including 1 gourmet and a good pizzeria), 2 bars, Sunday morning market. 1/4 hour from Contis Beach, 20 minutes from Mimizan. Guests will enjoy the entire garden, an outdoor terrace for lunch/dinner, electric grill available. The forest is opposite 3 minutes away, a farmyard with talkative chickens nearby.
