The Casita is a self catering, rustic Cottage / Tiny house for 1-2 Adults, not suitable for children, nor infants. Situated in the Paraje Natural Karst de Yeso, (Nature Reserve), of Los Molinos del Rio Aguas, Sorbas. La Casita contains the basic solar power requirements on a low energy consumption. Only digital devices are welcome. Private parking, kitchenette , wifi, hand made soap, log burner, smoking area/patio. I have implemented the cleaning recomodations by Airbnb, dew to corvit virus.

Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

A very special house, due to its location, design and decoration. Located in the town of Las Negras, a 10-minute walk from the town and the beach. It borders the natural park in a totally quiet enclave where you can enjoy wonderful starry skies. The pool and outdoor seating area are totally private and face the Natural Park. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a movie projector, sports equipment, an outdoor kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc.

Villa Maria Eusebia in Níjar

Villa Maria Eusebia is an ecological country house with good views of the mountains. From the terrace you can see the Cabo de Gata in the background. It offers peace, tranquility, and comfort. The farmhouse was renovated in 2016, with bio-climatic architecture. The exterior is insulated from the cold and heat, along with the roof. The house maintains a very good temperature in summer and winter. There is also a fireplace and ceiling fans.

El Esparragal Country House

Cortijo El Esparragal is located in the picturesque valley of La Alcarria, just outside the village of Lubrin, in the province of Almeria in Andalucia. Cortijo El Esparragal is a modern villa built in 2007, with a fantastic 10m x 5m swimming pool. The villa is set amongst 25 acres of land with olive, almond and fruit trees. This is a perfect place to relax and unwind in a very peaceful and beautiful rural location.

It has the single double bedroom, open fireplace, American kitchen with marble top surface and breakfast-bar, bathroom with door leading to small enclosed outside patio. Approx 12 km from the beach at Garrucha. Local shop 5mins walking distance, the town of Antas approx 1km. Air conditioning is now installed.
