Duplex apartment located between the train station and the centre with garden and private pool, closed kitchen, two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a shower room with two toilets. The bathroom has a balneo bath for two and a relaxation area with a heated and massaging chair. You will have access to a private garden with outdoor jacuzzi, an outdoor dining area with private pool. A parking space for several cars is just in front of the apartment.

The charming village house is only a few seconds walk from the Canal du Midi, in a bustling village that has markets, restaurants and easy access to several beaches. Further afield are many villages and national parks to explore, and Carcassone is less than one hour by road. There are opportunities to browse in French antique shops and markets and to sample local produce and wines. The house can accommodate a family or several couples.

Faithful to Leucate-Plage for three generations, I am happy to share my love of the region and the tranquility of this small family seaside resort. Our small house with 2 terraces overlooking the sea, is located 50 m from the beach and offers walking access to most shops and restaurants. Ideal for families, the house allows parental privacy in an air-conditioned master suite and an air-conditioned children's room on the ground floor.

La Grange de Maya: atypical, sea, rural charm

The barn, located between Boulou and Argelès, at the foot of the Albères, has kept its stones and its old charm. It is located near the sandy beach and the rocky coast towards Collioure, near Spain, ideal for discovering the region. This accommodation, in a barn adjoining ours, is not intended to host parties and gatherings. It is designed in a family home spirit, perfect for holidays with family or friends, 4 people maximum.

Take a break and let yourself be lulled by the song of cicadas in this peaceful oasis. The house is located in a former wine estate, in the heart of the garrigue and vineyards (organic). Ideal location, slightly off-center from the seaside resort (5-min drive). Ideal base for hiking or mountain biking. The beach is less than a 30-minute walk (2 km) from the cottage.
