Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the Alt Empordà, 20 minutes from St Martí d'Empúries and 10 minutes from Figueres. We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

The house is rented as a whole (8 adults and 2 children). It is located 5 minutes from the village, surrounded by a garden with a private pool where peace and tranquility can be enjoyed. It features a wonderful terrace with views of the village, the mountains, and in the distance, the sea with the Bay of Roses. The house offers several living areas, 2 fireplaces, a barbecue, a pool table and table tennis. Capacity can be increased by up to 4 guests by renting the loft located on the same house.

Ca La Conxita – your rural getaway

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

Racons del Fort: A castle in wine country

A stone building from 1694 in the shape of a fortified castle in Capmany, just 15 minutes from Figueres and 25 minutes from the Costa Brava. The fortified building has a large garden with a swimming pool, a terrace over the bridge and an outdoor space covered with a pergola. House located in the center of the wine village of Capmany (Alt Empordà-Costa Brava). Located 14 kilometers from Figueres and 10 kilometers from the French border. It is also 25 kilometers from Costa Brava's beaches. From the village you can hold mountain bikes and hiking and follow megalithic routes. No big parties are allowed, but the barbecues are allowed with family and friends. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families, and large groups.
