New 25 m2 studio near Annecy and at the start of the Bauges Natural Park. It has an ideal location, being close to the highways while enjoying the calmness of the countryside. Close to an equestrian center, many hikes, 2 km from pretty villages with all shops. It is located 15 minutes from Annecy, 25 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and 30 minutes from the ski resorts. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
