Large pool, 09/15 No🏊‍♀️, terrace to eat well 4 people. Large community area with summer salon. Community only for 16 apartments, making it very quiet. 2 rooms to sleep comfortably 4 people. The couch has a bed inside. It has dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, gas stove, washer and dryer.

the patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not miss anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
