Fully renovated house in the heart of Beautour No car needed, you will find all the local shops: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser, tobacco shop a few meters from the accommodation. The busway is less than a 4-minute walk away and will allow you to access the city center in less than 15 minutes (free on weekends) Enjoy the banks of the Sèvre, just a 2-minute walk away. The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from the airport and the Beaujoire Stadium.

Shared family garden, swing/trampoline in summer. 160 x 200 bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Closed/secure parking (1 car). Extra sheets for €15/bed on request. Hand towels not included.

Independent apartment 45m2 / Vertou Vignoble Nantais

Nice apartment of 45m2 fully furnished in 2021 and redecorated in 2025. Located in the southern district of Vertou, in front of the vineyards and 5 minutes from the South Pole shopping center. Direct access to walking tours from the house. 20 minutes by car from the center of Nantes. The apartment is adjoining our house, with a private parking space. Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet area, accessible only by car.

Notre maison est des années 1950 elle a été conçue de À à Z par mon papa. Nous vivons au premier et l appartement est en dessous. Nous avons remis tout au goût du jour. L appartement comprend 1 grande chambre..avec lit 1 salon canapé et 1 un lit simple 1 cuisine toute équipée 1 douche 1 wc Vous avez accès par la chaufferie au jardin.. Vous pouvez y déguster vos repas et vous reposer. Tout est au calme.
