We are offering for rent a new 40 m² fully air-conditioned mini-villa (2024) located in Porticcio. Ideally located 5 minutes from the beach and the center of Porticcio and 10 minutes from Ajaccio airport (very quiet environment and no noise pollution). It has a living room-kitchen that opens onto a south-facing shaded terrace. It has 1 independent bedroom with 160 cm bed + closet and 1 shower room. The villa is built on a fully secure wooded lot with parking.
