This peaceful home with shared pool is located on a 6000 m2 park located at the entrance of a hamlet. The city center is 850 m on foot, 2500 m by road. Most of the attractions of Périgord Noir are within a maximum radius of 20 minutes. A barbecue will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors while the children have fun on the games available. Situated in the Vezere valley in a tiny beautiful hamlet of 4 houses and about 150 meter from the river the Vezere. Private pool. From the house you can take beautiful walks in the woods, swim, canoe, horse and pony rides within walking distance, play golf and make fantastic bike rides
