"Les chardons" cozy studio with mezzanine.

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"

Ideal exposure facing the mountains

Spacious accommodation in a chalet with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a large living room (>50 m2) facing south and terrace with views of the mountains. The cottage is set in a private quiet subdivision. It is close to village amenities and activities offered by the resort. 350 m from ski slopes (Le Var) and pedestrian paths. 250m from bus stop. 1.2 km from the village center and shops. PS: small 5p apartment available for rent also on the ground floor.
