Our house on the Epine (approximately 100 m2) can accommodate up to 10 people. Completed in 2019, it is very bright and functional, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The beach (300 m away) is accessed on foot via a small path. The village of L'Epine and all its shops (bakeries, butcher, supermarket, tobacco press, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, library...) are about 700 m from the house. In July/August, rental is only by the week.

Nice cottage at the end of a cul-de-sac with independent entrance and view of the mills, 200 m from the beach and 400 m from the marina. The accommodation is functional, bright and pleasantly decorated on the theme of the sea. The neighborhood is very quiet. Linens provided Breakfast available at an extra cost of €10 per person If you don't want to do the cleaning, you can request a cleaning fee of €30 no later than the day before.
