Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment has about 43 m². There is 2 room, one large (living room) and one slightly smaller (bedroom), both connecting a long hallway from which also bathroom and kitchen go. The living room is also adjoined by a balcony facing the street. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Apart from the bathroom and kitchen (tiles), all rooms have easy-care laminate floors.

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has an 18 m² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Braunschweig. From here you can easily reach Braunschweig City with theaters, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with Phaeno and Autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.
