New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Petite maison en pierre entièrement refaite à neuf, à deux pas de la forêt, proche du Futuroscope, du parc de St Cyr... Proche de l'autoroute. Petits plus: lits faits à votre arrivée, linge à disposition, vous n'avez plus qu'à poser vos valises. Possibilité de prendre le p'tit déj sur place (cf cond) et de jouer, trinquer, se poser, se restaurer... au bar ludique l'Arcane à côté! 🤗

You will be 25 minutes from FUTUROSCOPE, 35 minutes from Poitiers, 30 minutes from Chatellerault and Center Parcs, 40 minutes from Chinon. Detached house with private parking, has its own very flowery garden to relax in. The house can accommodate 6 adults and 1 baby.

Nous vous accueillons avec plaisir dans cet ancien grenier réaménagé en 2023. Profitez des vieilles pierres, de la petite terrasse ensoleillée et du jardin semi-ombragé. "Le Grenier", studio de 20m² environ, vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. Pensez à réserver nos bocaux repas, planche et petit déjeuner si besoin. Une petite pause au calme à la campagne !

1 to 14 people. Very nice house, with pool, terrace with dining area and large plancha, ideal for groups of friends or families. Large lawn for ball games, kite flying, or other. Wooded garden with hammocks, slide, swings and trampoline. Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.

Come to the Domaine de la Rocheboeuf, in a fully equipped accommodation, with a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people and a bedroom with a double bed, bunk bed for 1 person (child only), a small outdoor area. Quiet 15 m² cottage with enclosed garden, independent access gate and on-site parking. Completely renovated and equipped for 2 people. Pets accepted and welcome: enclosed garden. 15 min to Futuroscope / Aquascope. Entire accommodation is non-smoking. No cleaning fee, we're counting on you to make the place as clean as it was at check-in :) everything is available to do so.

Small atypical house 16 km from the futuroscope

Small stone house on three floors. Close to the futuroscope, center parc... It is ideal for two people. A quiet and relaxing place in the countryside. I provide bed linens, for towels I can provide them for an extra 5 euros. Small note, the stairs are steep (miller's ladders) and the kitchen ceiling is a bit low. For coffee fans I have a Senseo, I leave some pods available.

The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION! We welcome each tenant in person. So we ask all our dear tenants to kindly announce their arrival time in advance and to keep us informed on D-Day at least 30 minutes before. We have many misadventures with tenants who arrive several hours late. Thank you for your understanding.
