My holiday home in Wendland

This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village edge overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in beautiful Wendland. In the village there is a riding stable with flexible riding opportunities for guests, including children. Swimming opportunities in Arendsee and Gartow.

Half-timbered house with private gym & sauna on the Elbe

Wellness on the Elbe: Work out like in the gym, take a sauna like in Finland, cycle directly on the Elbe cycle path: Our listed half-timbered house (75–90 m², up to 5 people) has what hardly any other vacation rental offers – a private gym that can be used almost 24/7 with a leg press, cable pulley and dumbbells up to 30 kg. Afterwards: Finnish sauna, garden, starry sky. Rent bikes and canoes, enjoy the Elbe, unwind in the UNESCO biosphere reserve. Halfway between Hamburg and Berlin. Free gym for stays of 3 nights or more!

Small Villa Wendland/Höhbeck

On the outskirts of a small village directly on the Elbe with pure nature and enchanting landscape you will find peace and relaxation. Walks, long hikes, bike rides, wildlife watching, picnics on the Elbe, a lakeside swim, or a thermal spa with sauna facilities (in the neighbouring town). 140 m² + large, fenced garden with swimming pond, terrace, fire pit, barbecue, spacious living area with conservatory, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.

TinyHouse in Wendland-Wald

Would you like to have a tiny house for yourself and see what it's like to live in 8 x 3 m and 5 m in height? In a beautiful bright forest between Lüchow and Dannenberg, close to the Elbe, you will find your small refuge overlooking the countryside! Large desk and fiber optic Wi-Fi are perfect for the remote office! We offer a small kitchen, a large rain shower and a shared terrace. Pleasantly warm thanks to underfloor heating and never hot in summer due to good insulation and shady trees!

Time out in the forest with an oven and sauna!

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Vacation home "Schwalbenblick"

Our first apartment is located in the front half of the former cowshed. On the ground floor there is a charming kitchen island, the dining and living area as well as the bathroom. The double bed in the upper sleeping area is supplemented by a single bed; in addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed for two (a total of 5 sleeping places). Our second listing, the Eulennest, is located right next door and can be booked in addition. In that case, there is space for up to 8 people.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Natur Nest Nemitz – Living in a former stable

Our new, charming and lovingly furnished apartment is located in a former stable building of the old farm, just 700 m from the Nemitz Heath. The 60 sqm are divided into a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, a bedroom/living room and a beautiful wooden terrace - ideal for couples or solo travelers, suitable for a maximum of 3 people. Wallbox and bicycle shed are provided. On request, 1–2 horses can be accommodated (€20/night) – ideal for unforgettable star rides in great nature.

Wendland with dog up to 8 people, winter sauna!

Dannenberg in the beautiful Wendland with beautiful cycling trails, forests and the nearby Elbe. Great outdoor pool nearby, good nearby shopping, sauna can be booked from September to the end of April. (€10 hour) On weekends only book both nights, no one-night booking. It's an apartment, Airbnb presents it as a tree house! Large staircase to the top, large apartment, large balcony - no shared use. For check-in, the door is open from 3 pm, the key is inside.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

Natur & Sauna am Elbdeich – A modern home

Birdsong instead of traffic noise, the Elbe right on your doorstep and sunsets over the meadows: Our lovingly renovated house is located in a small village with only eight houses in the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve. Look forward to a large garden with fruit trees, a sauna, a fire pit, and plenty of space for spending time together in the midst of nature. A place to take a deep breath, switch off and arrive.

Relax on the small pony farm

Enjoy a great time on our private farm with our horses/ponies. Depending on the number of guests, you have two or three bedrooms, a large living room with dining table, a small but well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the horse pasture and enjoy the sunset. I'm happy to give you tips on things to do in our beautiful Wendland. I look forward to meeting you!
