Studio located on the 1st floor of a small house (unoccupied on the ground floor) in the heart of the Bergerac vineyard: Pécharmant, Monbazillac, Rosette. Lembras is 5 km from Bergerac Its geographical location allows the discovery of many tourist sites. In the village, pizzeria and bread depot (open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.). At the entrance to Bergerac, a supermarket (4.5 km) and a pharmacy (3 km). 5 min drive to Lake Pombonne: supervised swimming (free access) and hiking trails.

Peaceful covered terrace with private hot tub at each cottage (not allowed for young children) Ideal for 4 people or a couple Pleasant view, very quiet location. Many possible activities: canoeing, Gabares rides on the Dordogne, castles, villages, caves, museums, restaurants, flea markets... etc.

Cozy apartment located on the second floor of a stone building typical of the historic center. This fully renovated 65m2 apartment is located in the heart of old Bergerac, a stone's throw from the port. The half-timbered walls and briquettes make it possible to combine the charm of the building with the modernity of the accommodation. Its location makes it an ideal base for a city tour. All shops, restaurants, museums are within walking distance.

Independent studio with garden

15 minutes walk to the train station and the center. Double bed + sofa bed. There is a parking space in front of the accommodation, next to mine. Duvets, blankets, pillows provided. Extra linens and towels at €3 per person. I have a cat that is very intrusive 😅 The studio is on the ground floor of my accommodation (independent entrance), so it is possible that you will hear what is happening upstairs and vice versa, but I try to be careful.
