Sleep under the stars in a private glass igloo with panoramic views of Stjørnfjorden, Trondheimsleia, and all the way out to Hitra. Here, you live all by yourselves, surrounded by forest, fjord and open sky—perfect for couples seeking peace, closeness and a truly unique nature experience. On clear nights, you can enjoy the starry sky and the Northern Lights right from your bed. The igloo is heated and comfortable, giving you the feeling of floating above the landscape. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience you’ll remember for a long time.

Vedøya. Nice and quiet place

Relax with the whole family on this wonderful and peaceful island. Here you get close to nature. No running water and electricity, but there is a well with water and solar power system. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and an outdoor toilet. When using hot water in the shower, it must be heated. There is parking for cars at the marina. We can help with transport to the island, but there is also the possibility to rent a boat for NOK 650 per day. The boat is a Kaasbøll 17 with a 50 hp Yamaha. It has plenty of room for 4 people.

Gammelbua on Stavøy

It's origins hidden in the unknown of history, this compact and cozy cabin was purposed as a post office and general store from the 1870s. Several details from this era have been kept, like its' original timber walls and ceiling. The cabin is on our beautiful Island of Stavøy, with lots of options for outdoors activities and in particular, fishing. If you are lucky, you might even be a part of the traditional wild salmon fishing every summer. Welcome!
