Parking place for 3 cars (2 in front of the garage and 1 in the double underground garage with direct access to the house). The house has a small garden with many plants and privacy. There is 1 balcony and 1 large terrace with jacuzzi. The lake in the village has a large public swimming area and other family activities (playground, SUP rental, restaurant, etc.)

You will stay in a small fine Baroque cottage. The center of Lucerne is within a 10-minute walk. The cottage is ideal for 1-2 persons. The mini room (total area 14 m2) has all the details that make your stay cozy and pleasant. It has a comfortable sofa bed, which you use as a sofa during the day. You have an outdoor space with table, chairs, armchairs and sun loungers. A fire ring is also available. Behind the house, a beautiful forest for hiking begins

Whether as a cheap accommodation after a seminar, course or conference in the city, or as a starting point for relaxing forays through the lovely hills and along the Erzbach and the Aare, here right on the edge of the forest, just a stone's throw from the city center, you are welcome. In the shade of the trees, you have a small terrace during your stay, the separate entrance can be reached via a few steps.

So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

The accommodation is surrounded by the beautiful garden and next to it the cows graze and in the pond the frogs croak - pure nature! For travelers who like it simple & uncomplicated. We are a young family with three boys & are looking forward to your visit.

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating area. Wonderful view of the lake, mountains and the countryside. Free parking and good train connection (5 min away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk away. If anyone is interested, we have stand-up paddleboards for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

You live in a lovely furnished apartment with antiques from the 19th century, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a modern bathroom and a comfortable queen size bed (160x200cm). There is a splendid view on Mount Pilatus, the Alps and the whole valley. Despite the stunning nature nearby, you reach the city of Lucerne or the valley station of Mt Pilatus within a short bus ride.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
