Parking place for 3 cars (2 in front of the garage and 1 in the double underground garage with direct access to the house). The house has a small garden with many plants and privacy. There is 1 balcony and 1 large terrace with jacuzzi. The lake in the village has a large public swimming area and other family activities (playground, SUP rental, restaurant, etc.)

Horse riding for children and adults on request. In the log house apartment, you will find peace, relaxation, and security with a view of the countryside. Dogs are welcome.

The accommodation is surrounded by the beautiful garden and next to it the cows graze and in the pond the frogs croak - pure nature! For travelers who like it simple & uncomplicated. We are a young family with three boys & are looking forward to your visit.

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating area. Wonderful view of the lake, mountains and the countryside. Free parking and good train connection (5 min away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk away. If anyone is interested, we have stand-up paddleboards for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

The apartment has been furnished with lots of charm and high quality. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, baking and serving. In addition, all important kitchen appliances such as toaster, water cooker, Raclette, SmoothyMixer, ...) are there. Always available are spices, olive oil, tea, Nespresso. Bicycles (also for children) and standup paddle can be rented.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
