Cozy little chalet with summer pool.

Come and discover this small wooden chalet with its swimming pool and roof terrace. It can accommodate up to 5 people. (2 double beds and 1 raised single bed). Located in the municipality of Lectoure, a very touristic village, you can enjoy the thermal baths, casino as well as many cultural tours and playful activities. The cottage is in a very quiet environment where you will find serenity relaxation. People wishing to stay in the cottage must respect this atmosphere.

The entire accommodation, spa, sauna, hammam, terrace and pool is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14 meter swimming pool with heated massage waterfall from early May to end of October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

The cottage has independent access and an outdoor area with a fully private pool under a beautiful oak tree and with views of the fields and forest. Enjoy the calm of the countryside 3 minutes from the village of Astaffort with all amenities, 20 minutes from Agen and Lectoure (Gers), 1 hour from Toulouse and 1h30 from Bordeaux.

Adjacent to our house, the "nice" loft (40 m²) welcomes you on a farmhouse that has become a cool and friendly living space. Wooden loft ideal for nature lovers (animals, pond, wood). Towel linens provided despite the message when you book bug! Toilet and bathroom separated by a partition but everything else is designed as a loft with curtains between the 2 night corners and the kitchen corner! This loft is exclusively for you...!

The covered terrace overlooks the pool.  You won't get tired of the sunsets and stunning views. We appreciate the calm of the place as much as our residents do.

The main room consists of the living room, dining room, open kitchen and the mezzanine with 2 person bed. Be careful as in the song, the key is lost but you can close from the inside! OMG

This comfortable and spacious house, located between Gers and Tarn-Garonne, will offer you the quietness of the countryside close to all amenities, to spend pleasant family vacations. We prefer family rentals. We refuse to allow our home to be used as a venue for parties and events. These are strictly prohibited.
