Il est situé dans un environnement privilégié, à deux pas de la nature et à quelques minutes de l'océan.

Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 70 m² house in Locmariaquer, less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi (fiber optics) and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a mezzanine with sleeping area, a bathroom (with shower) and a 700 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
