Hello, We're taking the plunge and renting out our beloved house with the possibility of renting a maisonette in addition. This property is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the beaches of the harbor of Brest, at the edge of the Regional Natural Park of Armorique, but also at the gates of the Crozon Peninsula and the Monts d 'Arrée. We are 20-30 min from the entrance of the nearby cities: Landerneau (20 min) – Brest (23 min) – Châteaulin (25 min) and 30 min from the first beaches of the peninsula.

Kervézennec is located at the entrance of the Crozon peninsula, Finistère. The old farm building dates back to 1674 and distills a quiet countryside copiously seasoned with sea air. Tastefully decorated, it has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Rezkibilou was renovated in 2006 in eco-habitat : respect for the old building, walls and framework dating back 300 years have been preserved, choice of environmentally friendly materials, organic hemp, lime, earth, fermacel, solar panels.

Small, charming, refurbished penthouse, about 40 m2 composed of a mezzanine with double bed + 1 extra bed, equipped with Wi-Fi, a living room with wood-burning stove, a kitchen equipped with coffee maker, kettle, microwave, traditional oven, induction stove, a washing machine and a bathroom, (sink, shower), sheets and towels are provided, with its 35 m2 enclosed garden where you will find garden furniture, deckchairs and BBQ.

Cottage located 500 m from the GR34 coastal trail, 10 minutes walk to Minou beach (and 2 minutes drive) 13 km from Brest. Quiet location. It consists of a bright living room with fitted kitchen, a sitting area with sofa bed, a dining area and a bedroom (with 160 bed) overlooking a shower room. Outside, a south-facing terrace, and a small garden. Surfing, sailing nearby and many tourist sites to visit.

Possibility to store in the courtyard: bike / surf. Close to all amenities on foot, cinema, shops, 2mn from the supermarket, 400m from the Port. 1 bedroom (bed 160) . Linens and toilets are provided.
