Located between Mourèze and Clermont l'Hérault, the Workshop, a former cement tile manufacturing workshop, is an 80 m2 cottage nestled in a small valley of the large classified site, five minutes from all amenities. The house is on a wooded plot of three hectares, close to Lake Salagou, Villeneuvette, Saint-Guillem-le-Désert and of course the Cirque de Mourèze. The house, garden and terrace are independent and not overlooked.

This is a fully renovated 50m2 village house. You enjoy the charm of the old with all the comforts you need. The house is located on the ground floor overlooking on one side the village square and the backyard on the other. Quiet and tranquil, you have a large living room, dining room, kitchen.
