The site has been built with respect of the local traditions and is in the middle of 7.5ha estate that you can visit. The property is 35 mins from Deauville & the Normandy coast and 10 minutes from Lisieux

The layout of the house gives everyone plenty of space: a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Livarot is 10 minutes away, Lisieux 20 minutes, Deauville and the beaches of the Côte Fleurie 40 minutes, and Omaha Beach 90 minutes.
