Located in the middle of a woods with walking access to the golf course. Terrace overlooking an ornate pool with garden furniture (gas BBQ available). From 1 May to 30 September, your accommodation will have direct access to the heated pool (see house rules).

The house, completely renovated in 2023, has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 (one bathroom). A small garden is at your disposal with a children's playhouse and garden furniture. Studio on the Quai de Caligny on the 1st floor with balcony, very bright. Restaurants are just downstairs from the building. Beautiful harbor views. Naval group 10 minutes away by car. For everyone's safety, we have installed a surveillance camera in the entrance hall that allows us to monitor comings and goings. You will have tenants above your studio since it is on the 1st floor. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow.
