In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

( welcome between 5:30 p.m. and 20 hrs) I offer you my bright 20m2 independent studio with beams and double exposure. In the hyper center of Le Mans, it is located between Old Mans and Place de la République. Bus, tram, shops and restaurants on foot. kitchenette with fridge, oven, induction stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave. finally, a shower room with toilet. tV. Parking des Halles 50m away, and free parking further away on the Quays.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Le Mans: Spacious and Bright Apartment

Our apartment is located in a small residence, close to the city center, it offers the possibility to move around by public transport very easily. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy just a 2-minute walk away. The train station is 10 minutes away by tram. It is fully equipped and refurbished. Bright and spacious, opening onto balcony. The sofa opens up to a bed for 2 people.

A Rural retreat in the countryside

Farmhouse situated in 1,5 h of gardens and lakes. The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.
