The 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is about 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by tram with direct access.

In a bourgeois house built in 1884, on the 2nd floor without elevator access, apartment refurbished with care, sufficiently equipped so that only your clothing bags are enough. Quality bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet. In the common laundry room: washing machine, ironing board, steam iron, clothes rack. Baby equipment available upon request (bed, chair, bathtub...). Parking space possible on request at the time of booking (based on availability)

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. A Rural retreat in the countryside

Farmhouse situated in 1,5 h of gardens and lakes. The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

Discover our charming apartment located in the middle of town near the train station. Completely renovated, it has a large bedroom with a large bed, a comfortable living room, an equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is bright and quiet. The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

We are 10 minutes from the 24 Hours circuit, 15 minutes from Gare du Mans and 20 minutes from the city center. You can discover Le Mans and its region but also rest in the quiet of our garden in the middle of the fields.
