Cosy and atypical loft - close to 24H circuit

Relax in this quiet and stylish home in the 24-HOUR spirit of Le Mans. Compromise between the countryside and the proximity of the circuit. Your hosts were keen to prepare a little cocoon in which you feel good. Located in a peaceful subdivision, you will feel safe. The large size of your bedding (1* 180 cm) and its quality will prepare you for sweet nights. Your vehicle will be parked at the foot of the lodge. If there are 4 of you, we can add 2 trundle beds.

Large loft with garage

Living room of more than 100 m2: open kitchen, small TV lounge, office area, reception area overlooking a 30 m2 terrace not overlooked with views of the city's rooftops. All amenities nearby (tram, bakeries, supermarket, press, etc...). On foot, the train station is 10 minutes away, the old Mans district is 15 minutes away. The 24-hour circuit is accessible 20 minutes by tram. There are two parking spaces in a closed garage, and one parking space under the porch.
