Cet hébergement élégant et créé en février 2024 pour 2 pers au RdC d'une maison dans le petit village du Lauzet-Ubaye. Cet hébergement se situe à quelques pas du lac du village et à quelques min du lac de Serre-Ponçon Cuisine toute équipée et ouverte sur le salon : plaque de cuisson induction, réfrigérateur congélateur, four, micro-onde, lave vaisselle, une chambres avec 1 lit en 140cm. Salon avec un canapé , une TV, et une cheminée électrique. Salle de bain avec cabine de douche et toilette.

Located just next to the Viste and perched in the historic village of Rousset. This studio for 2 to 4 people offers the calm of the countryside, has a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains bordering the Serre-Ponçon lake. The nearest ski station are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Don’t forget your crampons to hike on the trails (150 meters from the house)

Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

You will have a self-contained accommodation with a corner:living room/kitchen , bedroom and bathroom with toilet. Above the Embrunaise valley, close to the Orres and reallon ski resorts or the water activities offered by the Lac de Serre Ponçon (15 minutes)

Comfortable studio, completely refurbished and very functional. This bright studio is in a village house a stone's throw from the church of Crots in the center of the village. You will be quiet and ideally located less than 5 minutes drive to the "Crots Beach" on Lake Serre-Ponçon, 20 minutes from the Orres resort and 5 minutes from Embrun. Close to all the water activities of Lake Serre-Ponçon, mountain sports and the Durance.
